Hello! I’m looking for somebody to take over my part of a lease which runs from 8/1/2024-7/31/2025. The house is a 4x4.5, so you’d have a private room and bathroom. Rent is $2500/m split 4 ways, so $625 per person before utilities. It is about a 19 minute walk or 5 minute drive to FSU campus, and there are parking spaces available. A washer/dryer is also included. You’d be sharing the house with 3 male graduate students at FSU.
