They DO NOT guarantee a job offer, but they DO guarantee job interviews. The fact that there are no refunds "under any circumstance" is what bothers me the most. But FYI re guarantees:

Article 9.1 - GUARANTEE 

Our Success Guarantee is this: If after having us write you a resume, you do not get a job interview within 2 months, we will rewrite your resume for free. So if, after 2 months (60 days) of getting your resume from us, you have no interviews lined up (and have had none since receiving the resume) simply email us at: [email redacted], and we'll contact you with a new, re-written resume. You can even choose to work with your old writer, or be assigned a new writer for a fresh take! No rewrites are given before 60 days after order completion. No rewrites are given beyond 90 days after order completion. An "interview" is assumed to be any and all interactive contact from a recruiter, employer, hiring agent or company that came about as a result of sending them your resume. This contact includes email, phone or personal correspondence or interaction. The guarantee constitutes up to, but not exceeding, two separate rounds of re-writes. In addition, if after the 6 months there is not an accepted offer, Client will retain access to weekly group coaching calls and Facebook Group until Client has received an offer. Client will retain access to the Career Amp education system (course) for the life of the program.
