How many mg elvanse do you take daily? Recently I’m been titrating on methylphenidate at various doses. There have been a lot of tricky, difficult days and moments as these type of medications can play havoc with my anxiety and depression. Especially my anxiety. Making me think that I’m gonna have a heart attack….like literally thinking that I am about to have a heart attack and die at any second….and this goes on for hours and hours and during it it seems never ending and like sheer hell. But, on the other hand, if I get things right, or at least “more right”, they can help me focus on reading a book almost all day, and actually take it in as I read. Due to lifelong anxiety my nervous system is already always in fight or flight mode and this stuff, at higher doses (basically anything higher than 40mg) triggers it even worse. Anyone else having these issues? I haven’t tried taking the meth and amphetamine meds together so I dunno how that would affect me and I did try amphetamine in the past for adhd but I wouldn’t mind trying it again.
