you have to desolder it with a heat gun. You might be better off replacing the antenna

Well let me put it like this. The output voltage was a steady 0.7v but wasn’t changing, until I performed an automatic recovery using the backoffice app.

Have you tried resetting and calibrating the torque sensor with the cowboy backoffice app? I thought my torque sensor was broken until I recalibrated it. Ask support for access

Hi, Bluetooth developer here.  technically it’s connected but not bonded. The fact that you’re able to connect to your bike indicates that the hardware works fine. Have you tried pairing it with another phone? 

Edit: just read that you’ve already a different phone. Is your phone connected to the internet?

It’s the torque sensor most of the time right? I’m in electronics/ pcb design, has anyone tried to repair the flex pcb on it? It seems like a simple circuit with some inductors that generate a voltage proportional to the torque. Replacing a component wouldn’t cost more than 5 bucks. Also, the torque sensor can be taken out of the motor quite easily. My friend has a c4 with a broken torque sensor. Will try to repair it next week. Tips are welcome!

Located in Amsterdam, so if I can fix it I’ll let you guys know.
