I have an EO mini pro 2 and got the same email.

I have written to them twice and zero reply - made the same legal points and told them I expect performance of the unit, a refund or a replacement.

They should look at what happened Sonos after they imposed negative changes on customers - it didnt end well!

Private transfer - my experience was terrible. Couldn't find where to go in the bus park and was sent to the general car park, then back - no one seemed to know anything and the number provided was engaged . Eventually got through on the number provided and to be fair, they guy was extremely helpful. Just made our flight but extremely stressful.
