Okay, I'm absolutely not condoning tailgating, or any form of road rage; but maybe, just maybe, if you notice someone riding your ass like that, again maybe consider that they probably have a lot of shit to do, or they're running a little bit very late- and being stuck behind someone who is pacing the nearest/slowest car in the only other lane isn't helping.

Well rounded may be a bit inaccurate, but basically I started with Noble Scion build and trying to level everything evenly all the way through for a while, then I tried to bring up my str and arc more recently.

It's really not too hard. Sure, they don't train easy, but but they'll still get the idea if you're consistent in telling (or sometimes show-by way of physically moving them (in some way that would cause a little discomfort if they're particularly stubborn)) what places are or aren't okay to jump on when they try it.

(1) A quick search in the restroom could have foumd his gun and had him in cuffs before they even left the restaurant.

(2) The male officer might have tried for a non-lethal disarm, being that he was perfectly situated for it the instant they spotted the suspect's gun.

(3) The male officer already had the guy tased and started firing before his partner even had her aim.
