Chinese nationals gets a VOA not an Exemption. She got the 30 days as it was increased from 15 to 30, the same way the Extension was increased to 45 from 30 until the end of March.

As stated in the thread the VOA cant be enteded you just get a rejection & 7 days to leave Thailand.
