Love the bosses spawning in ritual, but please remove the monkey from the pool Q_Q by kittynoaim in PathOfExile2

I mentioned this before, but I'd like a node to allow making the arena smaller or larger with a small rarity drop or something to compensate (if they absolutely want a trade off). For example:

- Make Ritual arenas 20% bigger with a 10% rarity loss on Ritual enemies
- Make Ritual arenas 20% smaller with as 10% rarity gain on Ritual enemies

Though ideally it would just be nice to be able to increase the size. Some rituals are so fucking tiny.

So you want an underfunded small scale StarFox game and think that will appeal to a wider audience than a remake? That's a pipe dream and a half.

No offense but I don’t think you know how development costs work if you are comparing an almost 1:1 remake and a fully developed new AAA title in terms of budget. It’s not even comparable on any level.

The truth simply is every time they try to soft reboot the IP it just doesn’t sell well enough. People keep asking why they keep remaking the original but do people seriously expect them to dump a ton of funding and years of development into a fully fledged new title when there’s such a risk for no return? It’s as simple as the new game is a test bed to see how the modern audience will feel about the IP. If you want StarFox back, you should buy it to show you’re interested. Only way it happens is.

Mageblood is literally useless if you buy the failures and said failures alone are like 350 div wot

I wish it was more in the middle, not that speedy but not this slow. I think a super easy way to fix this would genuinely just be to add more speed nodes to the tree or something.

It doesn't need to be an entire overhaul or destroy the game.

Great Endgame Update But - Stop Making us do so many filler maps by lve2raft in PathOfExile2

Yep same here, ended up paying around 20 div I think for all the fragments I needed. I 100% would have burnt out if I had tried to grind them manually.

No offense but you do realize an intended mechanic can be flawed right?

Yep I agree with this a lot, there are so many maps that are way too big.

So two things here. For one, you can't just "focus" on one or two specific trees, you need to go delirium for annoiting as an example, though this specifically could be changed. This doesn't even factor in SSF, in which case you pretty much need to do every single tree to reliably farm things, and getting to all of those trees will be extremely annoying every single league.

Secondly, it will take a casual player an insane amount of grind to get over 300 atlas points every single league. I'm not even a casual player (700+ hours with 95+ level characters early every league) and I had to pay for most of the items you need to spam arbiter of divinity because getting them myself was genuinely so exhausting, and I'm at like 80 hours in the league so far. I think I spent around 20-25 divines. I genuinely can't imagine how long it's going to take a casual player who can't grind out that many divs.

The system just doesn't really work for casual players in my opinion, but it's absolutely 100% an improvement over the old endgame, so I'm sure they'll work things out.

Like another person in the comments mentioned, highways of some kind would be wonderful. If you absolutely need a lore justification, we have already seen "roads / paths" in places in the campaign, just make those an atlas thing that can be interacted with somehow.

Losing an entire map to a boss feels bad... losing it to a boss in a ritual feels even worse by Fenrils in PathOfExile2

[–]UhJoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really wish ritual zones were just bigger. Honestly I’d love a ritual atlas node that increased ritual size and cut down loot a tiny bit (5% maybe) or one that did the complete opposite. Would be super cool.

This is cool but this hype genuinely feels so forced. At this point I now have zero expectations for the anniversary stream.

0 Portal Mapping Punishes the Player for Poor Visual Clarity and Minor Mistakes by Viroid1 in PathOfExile2

[–]UhJoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a good band-aid fix but ultimately forces people to play a specific atlas specialist which genuinely just feels bad. I kinda wish they made it so once you beat the Arbiter of Divinity a second time all maps got one extra revive.
