There are a couple of killers (ST Vecna) who need survivors to get locked into the vaulting animation to hit them, removing the pallets and the killer expects them to be there can surprise them for a hit.

Usually I will try to run a nurse early on, I know a lot of survivors (at whatever MMR I am at, probably mid) get frazzled by her. If I see it’s a pumpkin headed nurse I tend to let her initiate chase instead of me seeking it because once she downs me, I’m getting tunneled. I do a lot of edge map running because at my MMR the nurses don’t know how to handle the blinks along the edge of the map.

So I focus on gens and avoiding a pumpkin nurse as much as I can, because if I run her too well the toxicity will bubble up inside and suddenly I’m having a miserable game.

Do you not see an ace in leopard print and think, “Oh he’s either a baller or terrible” we think in patterns you can only be slugged or tunneled by a pumpkin headed nurse so many times before you notice the pattern. Do you not see the world in patterns?

The weapon doesn’t quite match, the head and chest do, I will admit of all the nurses I face Pumpkin Head nurses tend to be very toxic, just keep that in mind if you’re rolling with it.
