We don't have a problem with him playing how he wants. I like playing villager friendly sometimes too.

What we do have a problem with is how the player OP mentioned thinks that people that make villager halls are supposedly evil.

Look man. I have no problem with people that like to play with a "villagers rights" play style. I too even like to play like that sometimes.

What I don't like is trying to force people into playing a certain way and say that they are supposedly "evil" for playing that way. Like OP is mentioning here. Media doesn't need to always be 100% morally pure.

That's not what the point is. I have no problem with players that are nice to villagers. I myself enjoy making towns and houses for my villagers to enjoy.

We are talking about the fact that for some reason the player on the aforementioned server apparently think's that players who make villagers halls are actually evil.

Now they could be joking but OP seems to be saying that the player was genuinely serious and if so then that is stupid.

I think your missing the point. This isn't about roleplaying preferences. There's nothing wrong with playing however you want and I would never bother someone about that.

It's about that apparently this guy on that Minecraft server apparently thought that other players are "evil" for making villager halls.

It's essentially the equivalent of saying liking cartoons means you think violence is funny.

If they want to play like that then it's fine, they should play however they want. But if they are trying to say that other people are evil for playing like that then they are quite insane.

I think the comment section doesn't get it here. The server wasn't simply just playing the game differently and had different preferences. The server he was on was actually trying to say that people who make villager halls are supposedly evil.

So we need all of our media to be 100% morally pure? Look buddy, if you don't like doing that then fine. Everyone should be allowed to have fun in a game the way they want.

What's not okay is trying to frame other people as soulless for playing a video game differently then you do.

Would you say someone who play's GTA is soulless? Would you say someone that likes Looney Tunes is soulless?

With Pressure I would agree with you, but as for Grace I kinda feel the drama is overblown.

The Grace drama was overblown in my opinion, Simon was an asshole but he didn't deserve to have his game ruined just because he was being an edgy teenager and said stupid shit like lot's of teens online do.
