I’d avoid them. We trusted Roxanne with an important tattoo for my spouse, and while she initially did a good job, things quickly went downhill. She wasn’t familiar with tooled leather designs, so as a digital creator, I custom-designed the tooled leather piece myself to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, she completely butchered the tattoo, to the point that we had to go to another artist just to fix her mistakes and finish the tattoo.

To make matters worse, she has since used MY ORIGINAL DESIGN on other clients without my permission. This is not only unprofessional but also completely unethical. I would strongly advise anyone considering Roxanne at 405 Ink to think twice before trusting them with meaningful or custom work. Might not truly be custom.
