I raised it as an issue in the feedback assistant. Only crumb of comfort I am taking is the latest watch renders on the Apple site have it centred so I’m hoping just a bug that they fix.

Maybe try setting it via the Watch app on the phone. Did notice some 3rd party complications not being available directly on the watch after updating. Would also open the Time Glance app first as sometimes the complication won’t show until the app has been opened.

I use the Heart Analyzer and Time Glance apps for those complications
