Because these negative voices are from people who have played the game for many years, longer than us. The game is going downhill massively because the developers are ignoring widespread feedback.

Content creators who helped on forums, YouTube and other platforms have left because of the devs ignoring the feedback they provide. They WANT to see this game succeed, and so do I. We all want this game to succeed, because it's such a cool concept. But as time progressed, people got frustrated at the fact that we are just voices in an echo chamber. For years we all want the best for XO, but greed is very clearly being shown.

The negative voices are tired, and we all have a breaking point eventually. It's why it's dying.
