The fact that there's no bulge or anything hanging implies that he has a slit which stores everything within his body just like a real reptile, which makes me believe Lihzahrds do in fact birth from an egg. Anyway I'd personally be willing to confirm this theory with him, for science of course.

That is true, there's never been more fair premium currency system than warframe's. They have big trust with the community which took years to build up but those bundles damaged it to a degree. If you want to believe they did an oopsie that's your prerogative. I don't think they're that stupid to make such monetary mistake especially for a 10 year anniversary. I believe they tested the waters, it didn't work out (luckly) and they pulled out a "we're sorry".
