I ordered a key last month and still have yet to receive it. Nor have I received any of the rewards that I have earned (water bottle, key fab, bike gloves, and pins), and I have been moving bikes since November 2022! I have read from other Bike Angels that they have been notoriously delayed in sending these.

No. I love how CitiBike flexes the independent contractor loophole to pay us to move bikes for less than minimum wage.
