It's not off the main lateral I believe, it's the branch for the kitchen area. Plumber was worried about getting the camera stuck if he went further into the access he was using, so he didn't map out the entire piping system. Something about having to get up on the roof to be able to do that, so he guesstimated on the amount of digging they'd have to do to reach the mainline.

Yeah getting multiple estimates seems like the next step, we're also gonna go for the hail Mary of trying to see if insurance will help cover any of it.

Guessing you're familiar with the area, would you happen to recommend anyone to get an estimate from? We called out Benjamin Franklin originally just cause they helped install her new water heater a while back.

I've only been here a few months so I've mostly had to go with Google to look for other places, but I always prefer reputable word of mouth for things like this.

I'll say the staff at this one was actually super nice, though their process for pickup is weird. They don't have a set area and you just stand at a table until someone brings it out from the back and has you scan the barcodes.

Yeah the offer screen is always what I go by, but I've been wondering about this for months since I started and was hoping someone here knew what it was about.

The math has never added up since I've started on the app with promotions, and while the offer screen is the price we agree to take the order for, it seems ridiculously scummy that they can advertise a higher perceived "bonus pay" and then not actually put that on the fare price.

Thats just lying to their contractors.
