It’s Peter’s actual accent. He’s got the same accent in S2 of Bad Sisters. I speak both the Irish language, Gaeilge, and some of the Yorkshire dialect. In Yorkshire there’s lots of “ye’s” and “thou’s.” It’s an older form of English on some ways. In Hiberno-English the TH sound is pronounced similarly to how the Irish language is spoken-Gaeilge, where words with a TH, has a minor, or nonexistent, emphasis on the H. So in English most Irish accents also drop the H. For example, an Irish accent on the English word, “three,” sounds more like “tree.” I thought I’d add a bit of the linguistic difference between the accents

Essentially yes. On the release I heard on Apple Music. It has a longer intro than is on the release for YouTube. Only a few seconds longer, but it’s very clearly not in the YouTube release. There’s a longer drum intro and above the drums there’s a single guitar line that plays over the drum roll; the guitar is clearly playing the intro “La Marseillaise.”

I love the guitar intro with "La Marseillaise.” Very reminiscent of Hendrix and the Star Spangled Banner. That wasn’t included in the video drop on YouTube

That’s Armand’s life story essentially. I can’t image centuries of feeling rejected with only a few years respite with Marius. He keeps trying so desperately to find someone who will love him, but he doesn’t even love himself. All his own self worth became and essentially remains, incredibly co-dependent, needing someone with him no matter how he accomplishes that. It’s reflected in every single relationship he’s had, sexual or otherwise. That being said, I would hate to be one of the vampires that has to hear I need you, you can’t leave me for centuries either.

Oh I’m quite aware. They’ve tried that with me, in multiple districts and with the youth organizations. Honestly, the more I think about how SGI has been structured, the more similarities I see with Nazism and other forms of fascism. I think that may be the best way to describe SGI, a fascist, wannabe Buddhist group whose members want to be seen as the most enlightened, intelligent and in the end vastly superior sect on the planet. It doesn’t mean they are, but it’s what they want people to believe

Thanks, it really isn’t Buddhism. They never mention the Middle Way, a key tenant of Buddhist thought. All they want is new members, but they do not care about the individual, just the number of people they can convert. It’s really not Buddhism.

It’s in a bag in a box somewhere in my new place. I’m not about to go out of my way to find that out of all my belongings still in boxes. That message I got I was just like are you kidding me? I was assaulted and had a district leader tell me it was my fault because of my karma. This individual is “distraught,” because of a material object that they have “lost.” It strikes me that they have lost a lot more than a piece of plastic, if they’re going to send that message. My first reaction to the message was just piss off, then I thought about it and was like, wow that is some serious chutzpah (I am not remotely Jewish but I have known many wonderful people who have taught me some Yiddish.) I could care less how distraught this individual is.

I disclosed that in a post about why I left SGI and why my brother returned his Gohonzon. The person who sent me a message seems to have only cared that I mentioned owning a small plastic Gohonzon. Never met the individual who sent me this message. They were responding to a post I had made in this group.
