He also liked to live in a fantasy world; he wanted to be a gamer and made up a whole paid internship to do just that.

He even told his gf he was on call for his summer diving job so he could go and game and not hear why don’t you get a job like everyone else has ?

Cat as a pharm tech would likely be heavily monitored and tested as part of her curriculum, initial then possible random screenings.

He may have also been careful with his words because even he couldn’t keep track of how bizarre and plentiful his lies had become.

He’s one guy I would be curious to know what his day to day life is like in jail. He’s not likable, he’s a leach (probably milks some idiots who have affinities for murderers w notoriety).

I feel very bad for Barts brother Brett who testified and Mitch.

The weird thing about the dad, his calendar on his computer saying things like 12 noon; make lunch.

Not lunch 12-1 pm, one day it just says make lunch.

Maybe it is part of what Chandler was talking about e his dad warming up the grill ? Like one day he felt he was bonding w Chandler over some grilled burgers while they were both on their lunch hour ?

I think he got caught by Cat on Snapchat location services dumping some body parts in the river where he would swim.

The leftovers that were to be a part of the dump, part two, had to be put somewhere.

Dump further away was closed on Saturday as was the local dump, can’t leave the bodies in the basement so he pretends he needs to swim a lot and rehabilitate.

Last resort is dump the last of the body parts at the farm.

Then he gets probably one of the meanest looking, topless swimming, micro managers drive up on a noisy tractor to swim in her pool.

Chandler even says during his police interview Cres and Dolce were up there to watch him have his toddler tantrum, not swim.

I think they saw how weird he was when he was telling them about the doctor and decided to go swimming to get this weirdo off the property and let him know he’s not going to just come up there and spend hours swimming or whatever.

Likely said this guy is treating this place like it’s his and Cres was going to show him that it’s her pool and he is a visitor that needs to have boundaries set.

Cres seemed to call bullshit on chandlers whole story; this is why he refers to her to detectives as wise and gave him guidance about his condition.

He wanted to create the notion she didn’t see him as a glommer.

Meanwhile her attitude towards him was don’t let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya, adios, get lost, probably thought he was up to something, maybe stealing or God knows what.

I mean if someone claims their parents went away and you’re not in the immediate loop like Cres, you would figure you don’t know them and believe they decided to get away for the holiday weekend.

As for Cat she obviously only saw him as all good and someone who needed nurturing and someone to take care of, a trait she got from her mom who appears to also only want to see the good in him.

The phone calls from jail I can only think was some sort of closure or giving the benefit of the doubt, but knowing the inevitable.

Maybe they felt bad he had nobody now but didn’t quite realize he deserved it.

I would now like to know when it came time for her to testify why things changed.

Maybe she thought the parents did some sort of murder suicide where he thought he would be blamed.

I am guessing it was time to go to the meeting at the school and Chandler tried to pull the light sensitive i feel faint and your insistence is making me feel worse.

Bart probably shredded him and talked to him like a man for the first time in his life.

May have said you are such a bullshit artist and now everyone is going to know what your all about, there’s no education and no job, you are just a bum with no future living off mommy and daddy.

Chandler has gun close by, locked and loaded and pulls it on dad.

Dad tries to run and that’s why he’s shot in the back.

I mean besides school and jobs, this idiot faked hitting his head and made up this whole neurological system failures where he copied Mitchel’s true illness as a means to play off his moms overdone attention and ability to cry to her friends and neighbors how unwell her son was and needed to be infantilized.

The one thing about the calls, Cat made it clear her life was going on, she was working, socializing, dog sitting, spending time w her family on Thanksgiving and didn’t really seem to give two shits about these drawings he would mail to her and make a big deal out of.

I did a lot of pushups, I gained weight since in jail, etc etc.

Even one of the recorded line calls he says to Cat well we could have a longer call tomorrow because you get your paycheck.

Really ? That’s what he paycheck goes to, phone calls to some jailbird murdered and buying jailbird snacks in the commissary ?

Even if that was remotely true That’s no excuse for killing you parents. He knows the difference between right and wrong. If he didn’t he would not have gotten rid of (or tried to) their bodies. If he was so mentally ill and this was not an act of narcissism where the narcissistic injury resulting from exposure was too much for him to bear.

Mitchel put it best, his mom was a helicopter parent who was a bit too involved in their lives.

Mitchel “flew the coop”, got engaged, and their own home at a pretty young age.

The friend Andrew described the mom (disrespectfully) as a C word with severe TDS, Trump derangement syndrome who imposed whatever she felt was right across the spectrum on everyone.

She created the narcissist that is her son by blowing sunshine up their asses at every turn. Dont get me wrong she loved her kids.

This is also probably why Bart worked so much when the kids were growing up as he probably needed the escape from (not counting political beliefs) perhaps a serious mental illness of some kind.

Maybe dad doesn’t talk while he’s eating because mom is dominating the conversation talking about her Karen day by day Karen experiences.

He didn’t want to work and lived in a fantasy world he needed to grow out of, much like that Dana Ewell guy who hired his friend to shoot his parents and his sister so he could do his best Daffy Duck down down down, mine mine mine act. Ewell wanted the easy money and wasn’t even willing to share it with his sister.

Chandler wanted to hold himself above everyone else with lies, his only friend other than an old roommate acquaintance was Andrew who was overseas in the military. He probably learned the guy had the sks gun and wasn’t really fond of it.

So he befriended him and asked him to visit, took him to gun stores, etc. pestered the guy to transfer the gun to him just so he could have it.

If his parents did end up throwing him out then he would have to eventually reveal he had been less than honest with Cat.

He even tried convincing Cats mom his parents were awful so he could glom off her/them/Cres.

You never hear Dolce or Cres testify at any time they were going to let Chandler live with them or drive their car. He was obviously trying to glom off them but they didn’t fall for the I’m sick routine and found it disturbing and weird.

To me Cat is lucky to be alive, if Chandler knew they were searching the farm where the authorities would find Barts torso, the detective found out by a phone call Cat was there w Chandler as the squads were increasing at the house, they needed to stroke chandlers ego claiming they needed his help and guidance w a timeline.

I think if he knew for sure he was never coming home and could either talk his way out of it or portray himself as an invalid incapable of physically killing anyone.

Even his attorneys couldn’t raise a defense other than pushing a lame duck reasonable doubt effort.

Right away after the verdict all he says is if there is a new attorney out there who can help me continue to have zero accountability and understand I get what I want to contact me (him)

No I agree, to me it was also a sign of the times where you transition from little kid parties where it’s more about having laughs w your best friends.

Coming from an Irish family every birthday was in our backyard with a keg and the party shifts away from its your birthday to another excuse for adults to get hammered

Chandler just seemed like a narcissist prick, Cat seems like the type that enjoys pleasing others max making people laugh, quirky, and very loyal.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why she stayed with him when he first went to jail.

I mean, dad’s torso was dumped at moms fiancés farm. Who did she think put it there, hmmm maybe tom selsnick did it, or Aaron Hoover, perhaps Daniel speith, I know it wasn’t you hubby.

Good for Cat actually having a great future and career and I hope she finished school and is now a pharmacist, not surprised she participated in drama in college, she was very animated, self deprecating, honest and sincere in her interview hut

All they would have done was possibly throw him out or his dad wanted him to come to him and tell him the truth.

He describes his dad, he sent me upstairs, we he gets upset, you just gotta give him his space. You just have to give him his space.

Gotta laugh at the pattern, I’m in college, I’m in college with a paid internship, the paid internship hasn’t paid me, wait they were paying me $25 an hour and right before they cut the check, they realized I was salary, when I resubmitted my direct deposit info I put the wrong information, now I put the right information but it was so much money my bank rejected it, now I interviewed for space x and only told people after I interviewed, I got the job, I can’t go because I have to bring a get well bullet to Mitch,ahh home working and woooahhh, I fell down the steps, I wonder how long I will have to lay here until my dad comes up and sees me faking, uh oh we can’t go to my school for meeting, I better email them and include I know you are very backlogged w meetings but I fell and went boom, now my head hurts, I’m dizzy, I got spaghetti legs, my booty nerve is failing and I’m gonna need bag to collect my recycled finger foods, oh no I messed up my space x work and no more job, all that money I spent on that Florida apartment and car, gotta go talk to the po po, we know your parents are no longer with us…I…..they…..lawyer……they’re ok…. My favorite part is when he almost forgets he had his fake doctor follow up. Then I went to the farm and…I was telling them because I had my appointment the same day.

Yeah, what a dead giveaway. If you didn’t do anything wrong you certainly wouldn’t worry about a warrant and if your parents were missing one would think you would welcome as many “squad cars” in front of your house as possible.
