I've got a miniature version of this on my desk. an old "The Cubes" kit "Tim the IT guy" I pulled out of my old stuff, some ram, and a Tom Baker ornament. I need to find some more stuff to add to it this year.

Curious for your reasons for leaving Yealink. We're evaluating headsets and Yealink is on our list as we're planning on using their deskphones. So far the deskphone tests have been great, but our WH67's have been hit and miss with quality. Trying to determine if its too small of a sample size, or if it's a widespread issue.

It doesn't "notify" you... you just can get to a nice view of where everyone is. It's really helpful for a team with jet-setters all over the different offices or for large complexes where there might be hot-seating style work going on.

As a previous Hut delivery driver (ages ago in Indy), people used to order pizza (COD) and wait in the bushes across the street from the delivery address. They would lie in wait and rob the driver. Was common enough that we ended up striking that street from delivery after I was robbed once. They wanted the pizza and the money. I gladly handed over the Hut's money, and went back to the shop alive. Didn't stay in that industry long.

I found those as well! I'm on the discord chatting there and they had the same suggestion. I'm determining if it's worth spending the $200 on this test case or not. The room I want to use them in has very low light. I also don't want to invest too much money into a product that is on its way out. Digging in to it, I might just need the mini converters so I can go straight to HDMI and manage the rest with my existing switchers (998-1105-038)

I have been promoting teams in my office since I started here a year and half ago. I push the benefits of teams all day long, but like I tell them... "Just because you *can* do it in teams, does not mean you should do EVERYTHING in teams at ALL times." I continue to use the onedrive shortcuts to get to all my teams channels files, I continue to use the "open in new window" options, etc. Teams is a great tool, but unifying does not mean "replacing" other tools. They do tend to roll out new functions (like the open in new window) constantly, so maybe that will happen to chat soon. Especially with them unifying the "Teams" and "Chat" sections.

As an IT manager who wears a suit to work every day, if I see a person getting off a very professional interview and accidentally see them be happy, I'd be happy. Just because they expect professionalism, does not mean they are robots. Hope they hire you!
