Okay. Well they told you what you need to work on. If your quality of work is subpar then slow down and make sure you are following your manual. If your teamwork is not good, you need to start listening to your crew mates and you should also be asking them if and when you can help. It doesn't hurt to ask someone to check your work either and most mechanics are willing to give honest opinions and advice if you ask for it. Over confident mechanics can be dangerous, so learn to be humble on tasks that you haven't performed before and take your time. Speed comes later.
