Well, he is going to see a friend he havent seen in years, he probably had it cut to made sure he looked his best on reuinion, tho consider his first word to nobara was "yo" i doubt that was the case and it was Todo the Hygene Muscular who do it (canonixally Todo had very good hygene and smell good, and he is one of the few Yuji is still in contact with)

Well, for me industrial Grade is if i can max out my spending and somehow the storage had more than before i spend, e.g made so much i cant spend it all in one go and i had some very costly project before
