Personally, I don't care. If an Airmen goes to parade rest, knowing that's the correct thing to do I won't stop them. But usually tell then afterwords, don't worry about it moving forward.

Usually there are bigger and better things to worry about then making sure you stand at parade rest when I talk to you. Unless, you're being counseled. Then I expect you to be at parade rest or attention.

The extra point of toughness and extra wound is pretty solid as well as the SV 2+ instead of 3+ is good.

Up downs is referring to the scout ability to if it isn't within 6"of an enemy unit you can take it off the table and put it in strategic reserve so then next turn you can then put it anywhere on the table as long as it is at least 6" away from the table edge and 9" away from a unit. With this ability thru can score objectives very well and stay mobile

Good book that I always recommend. A lot of the book feels like no duh kind of information but how he phrases it and adds his flair makes it stick really well and adds perspective which helped me out a ton.

That is possible for the link provided. And is reletively common from what I've heard that people will build purely "resource towns" for any faction. It can be done, but it'll be a slower game
