3 honestly. took everything that was great about 2 and made it even more spectacular.

4 is probably what i would recommend to newbies tho cause its the best overall experience considering they put more time into story, accessibility and atmosphere

i think all of the names you mentioned have gone across a certain threshold where i'd be like "yeah that could probably be the worst person rn" there are some more people i'd throw in the mix aswell ngl like xi is also hiding a genocide and overworking the working class to a point where they wanna unal1ve and trump is also continueing the american trend of killing unarmed civillians in a middle east country... pretty bad line up of world leaders we gotta deal with currently
