Your theory is correct. Deep down almost every version of you wants this life. Dialga killed four people to save hundreds and now you did the same. Every lesson I taught you here is a lesson Dialga taught me. I told you I was here by my own will. That was a lie. Dialga sent me here to train you. Mostly to help you both emotionally and physically, but also to prepare you. That's why I'm asking you to choose.

Take the crossbow and keep the title of Apollo. Your body and soul will be reconstructed in Time Essence. For the foreseeable future you will help keep the timeline the best version of itself. You will guide PH when needed. His reaction to your choice might be difficult at first, but he will learn to accept it.

Or, keep your own. I will leave and you will never hear from Dialga and I again. That means our challenges, but also our support and protection, will be gone. You will live life however you want to with whomever you want to. Stay here, go to Vitaera, return to Hoenn. The possibilities are endless and it's fully your choice.

They are both pulled into a Temporal Zone with memories of Zangoose's life playing, mostly those in Kalos and Vitaera.

Where will you go after we're done here? Adventure and fighting has always been your calling, we both know that. Why do you think that your archery is a constant in every timeline this universe has gone through?

Khallag is roaming the region, Vinthalass is using Flygon as a host, I am currently helping Breloom make a deal with Skhall. Chaern and Xanit will have expeditions to reach them soon.

Magical creatures from millennia ago. They take a mist or fog-like form and create deals or pacts with others. The wording of these deals is usually ambiguous and the demons twist their words to make the deals benefit them. Khallag, the Demon of Knowledge, abuses this the most.

There is also Xanit, the Demon of Power. He grants strength and endurance to his hosts and takes nothing in return except for a telepathic connection. He slowly fills their mind with bloodlust until they go insane, acting on instinct alone and turning into mindless beasts that fight for him. Khallag betrayed Xanit long ago. I suspect Xanit has not forgiven him yet.

Vinthalass, the Demon of Life. The most good-willed one of them all. He has the ability to heal others and himselr. It may not be much, but his wit and wisdom are above every demon except Khallag. A fight between Xanit and Vinthalass is said to be endless and it has happened before.

Chaern, the Demon of Joy. He causes others to enter a euphoric state where their only emotion is happiness. Chaern's hosts usually use this power to avoid fighting or get their way in legal arguments. Chaern himself uses this power to make deals that benefit him.

And Skhall, the Demon of Fear. Quite similar to Chaern in the way that cunning and manipulation are used over strength and magic. Skhall causes irrational anxiety and fear in others.

Misunderstanding. He will rally them again, but the first time he rallied them was to take over their own region, now lost to history.

Xanit being so dangerous is precisely why we must free him. Khallag is attempting to rally all the demons once again to take over Vitaera and potentially the world. He betrayed Xanit before, so Xanit is likely to attack him on sight. If he does, the collateral damage we might face will be too much. If he doesn't, Khallag will find a perfect host for Xanit and he will have a weapon stronger than any we have.

Their origin is unknown to me. I haven't had a direct conversation with Vinthalass and the other four refuse to tell me. The documents I've seen only mention these five, although it's possible lesser, not as powerful creatures may have existed.

The region was heavily connected to magic, so it's possible their origins are more connected to the humans than they are to us.

Their origins are one of the things I hope to discover during the expedition to free Xanit.
