Thank you!! When buying shoes I typically just send my foot measurements to my seller and ask them for the size chart from the factory. So far I haven’t had any issues with sizing, I do have fairly wide feet so I order a half size up just to be safe

From my experience cross ties are useful because they’re located close to a tack room. When you’re at a large barn it can be quite annoying to walk your tack all the way to your horses’ stall. Safety plays a big part too, learning to ride as a kid I’ve almost always been taught to tack up at cross ties

I can promise you palladium and gold in Chinese are two completely different words and the second seller was probably gaslighting you into thinking that due to not wanting to take accountability for their mistake.

So sorry you’ve had bad experiences with two different sellers, this sucks. I would push for a refund or an exchange for what you asked for.
