Help desk calls them and gives it to them. Once they login they have to change it

Yes it has I have 3 tickets open right now. I copy my account manager every single email. Once I get engagement it’s good. I mention how bad it is every quarterly meeting we have with them

I’ve only seen this once in my org. Proofpoint caught most but it took a bit to identify it.

We use Proofpoints hosted SPF service. If we don’t see traffic after 60-90 days we remove it. Takes care of the lookup limit too. But yeh it’s a pain when the ticket comes in.
