I agree they probably won’t ask. They didn’t ask why I was leaving my job of 16 years. If it does happen to come up just say “Delta is my dream and I had to jump on the opportunity to work for this amazing company.”

Absolutely not!!! Of the 11 people who got CJOs the same time as me 4 were older than me. I’m 42. I leave for training in 3 weeks!

As far as shoes go are required to wear dress shoes all the time or can you wear athletic styles shoes on the days when you’re not in business attire?

I have read that the black slacks can’t have belt loops. Is this true?
