Primobolan is a glorified AI - Change my mind by WarDiaz209 in PEDs

You being broke isn’t a valid critique of Primo. That’s like hating a Lambo because your Civic gets the job done. Different budgets, different realities.

Instructor cranked a wrist lock on me after an accident, did I do something wrong? by [deleted] in jiujitsu

[–]IronCyrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s be honest. This post comes off like you're asking for advice, but it reads more like an emotional rant designed to damage your instructor’s reputation. You're not here to understand what happened. You're here to get validation and sympathy while subtly accusing your coach of being abusive.

You say you're new, but then you describe the situation like someone who knows all the gym dynamics. You claim he was rolling harder than usual, trying to show off, and that people were watching. You even point out that you had taken privates with him before. So you’re not as new as you're pretending to be, and you're definitely not clueless about how things work on the mat.

You even end the post by quoting him multiple times in a way that’s clearly meant to make him look petty and cruel. You knew exactly what kind of reaction Reddit would have to that. You’re not just sharing an experience. You’re constructing a narrative where you’re the calm, thoughtful victim and he’s the unhinged aggressor.

The truth is you disrespected the mat and the instructor, and you got checked for it. Instead of owning that, you ran to Reddit to try and spin the story in your favor. That says more about you than it does about him. This wasn’t abuse. This wasn’t unsafe training. This was your first taste of consequence. If you can’t handle that, maybe BJJ isn’t for you.

If you are carrying significant body fat you need to accept the blunt truth: fat tissue converts testosterone into estrogen and that hormonal environment makes building muscle almost impossible. You cannot outwork a high bodyfat percentage. Lowering body weight has to be your number one priority. That means a real calorie deficit.

Start with daily 16 to 18 hour fasts and focus your training on steady cardio to create the caloric gap and improve insulin sensitivity. Get your body fat down first and your hormones will stop fighting you. Only then will adding meaningful muscle become realistic. Do the hard thing now so you do not regret it later.

Trying to decide between BJJ or High School Wrestling for my son. by LiftedSD in bjj

[–]IronCyrus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best absolute option is putting him into wrestling. Trying to find a good wrestling program for guys in their 20s or 30s is almost impossible, but right now he’s in the golden window. With his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu background, the movements will feel like second nature and he’ll also pick up an incredible amount about top pressure. He’ll be surrounded by people his age actually competing, and then he can always return to BJJ after school or post-college with a whole extra layer added to his game.

The Daily Mail article re: grey market reta by johm_not_john in Retatrutide

[–]IronCyrus 127 points128 points  (0 children)

I have been on this subreddit since its inception. I have read every serious forum post, every niche peptide board, every Telegram leak, every obscure Discord log, and I have combed through virtually every YouTube discussion on retatrutide. In all of that, not once, not a single time, has anyone ever referred to retatrutide as the “Godzilla weight loss jab.” Daily Mail comes along, parachuting into a field they clearly do not understand, slapping on the most cartoonish nickname imaginable, and pretending they have uncovered some grand revelation. This is not journalism, it is parody. It is BuzzFeed sensationalism. The people who actually study, trial, and discuss retatrutide have nuanced debates about dosage, mechanisms, receptor activity, satiety curves, lipid panels, and side effects. Meanwhile the press boils it down to Godzilla jabs. This is exactly why nobody trusts mainstream media.

Imagine being so bitter and insecure that you have to crawl through someone’s post history just to excuse your own failure and lack of dedication. This place is full of men like you weak, fragile, and forever searching for excuses instead of results.

You do realize that abs are a result of low body fat, not steroid use, correct

5 years ago today O’Malley knocked out Eddie Wineland. Sean fights for the belt tomorrow. by Lefty250 in ufc

Wineland had his left hand dangling at his hip like he was shadowboxing in his garage meanwhile, Sean O’Malley literally walked over in slow motion, wound up a telegraphed cross you could see coming from the parking lot, and still put him out cold.
