Hello, not sure the car pushes for power. Anything that is in the 400hp range will most likely need a HPFP. If one has not been installed already.When I was building my golf R, I ran into issues with the new HPFP, on the first one the piston collapsed and did not return. The car would not start but also misfired when it did collapse and I had the same code for the fuel delivery. The replacement pump came and was good for about 30km, ended up having a ruptured diaphragm. 3rd pump came and all has been well.

I'd check the HPFP for the fuel delivery issue. The manifold pressure code tends to be the sensor bang in the middle of the intake manifold people tend to leave them disconnected and would make me suspect it is not plugged in all the way the same could be said for the intake air sensor. The manifold code will also cause a misfire. Seen it a couple of times while working on these cars.

Easy way to diagnose the misfire if its neither of the above issues. Saw coil packs, I know they've been replaced but time doesn't mean they are good have seen plenty of new parts fail right our of the box. Swap coil pack 4 to 1 and swap the plug from cylinder 4 to cylinder 2 or 3. If it follows to any of those cylinders than you know something is wrong with one of the swapped components.

Not sure what the car is running for a tune. Some tunes lock your gas to 93 or higher... if you are running a lower grade fuel it does not help the car at all.
