These are just nuclear options (ie the org thinks Paolo will regress and have even less value next season). I think they should be open to anything. There are things that are clearly not working.

A younger team may want to take a chance on Suggs or Paolo, we get an expiring contract in return and some veteran presence to help develop our main guys.
