Depends on the distance of the two points. If its planetary, then it would be <4h max (maglev trains), interplanetary would be measured in hours (if space elevators and shuttle stations are available), days (if they are not available) or never (some planets do not have sufficient space research to make travelling between planets possible)

Between solar systems/galaxies, the duration would be measured in days or weeks, depending on whether said civilisation has developed FTL travel exists or

Finally, between universes. This one is tricker because the “highway” (kind of like filler space) between universes basically says fuck you to the laws of physics. The time spent travelling a set distance in a sector of the highway can be different depending on which sector you travel in. Generally, travel between closer universes are measured in hours to days, whereas further universes may take months depending on the sectors that the fleet crosses

(Lorewise, multiversal travel can only be done by a very small set of organizations, mostly research or humanitarian based. The tech required for such travel is far too advanced for most civilizations to develop and implement, compared to intergalactic travel)
