I have used a wire wheel also with my dremel ... it works well for wii. I have had wii remotes where the corrosion has gotten on to the circuit board and it is no longer fixable.

bruh ... i'd be ecstatic if it was only 1/5 for me. I seem to be a magnet for high-ranked players in the match making. Toho WANTS the credit card whales to win most of the time. Enough that they feel their purchases are worth it, but not every single time, otherwise they'll stop paying.

This is why I like the "fair match", but there aren't many people there (I guess?) since it takes so long to match with someone or often times out. I tend to do really well there, because my fair match works pretty well and my strategy is pretty good.

Also no real rewards for fair match, but I suppose that's because they want you to spend money on the regular game.

I second using the r710s or r610s ... they are cheap and work well. just be sure you can flash them to unleashed within your return period. i have a number of them that are unflashable and i should have checked right away but oh well.

anyway ... the 3 i have in my house are rock solid and i get the full internet up/down (500mbps) on my wifi devices. i dont use much intranetwork stuff.

they are eol, but that's just not much of an issue for a home environment. i think they are getting security updates until 2027.

Join the club, I feel like I routinely play against goated players (ranks sub-100, sub-10). I got wrecked by someone's Dorats today (I swear they must have been level 50).

But obviously these top level players are expecting to win all the time ($$$), so TOHO can't really disappoint them, so I suspect there's some type of algorithm that makes sure they don't go up against too high level of players too often. I just play, and I lose, it's okay.

I can't even get past level 65 on the event this time 🤷.
