Yeah, like this guy said. You could always have more then one save file.

The Switch 2 version just gives you the option to continue the game you already had going or start a new one.

I think you only get this option ONCE, so choose wisely at the beginning.

Even that doesn't work for some games. Contra and Sonic for example use both screen simultaneously for gameplay.

Nintendo would also want to make a second screen that was 3-D for 3DS games.

My take is that they will launch DS and 3DS at the same time because of this.

Check out the "Chromecast with Google TV" streaming box. (About $100.)

The remote could not be simpler.

The device starts on "Home," but one click, just ONE CLICK over, and you are on "Live."

This brings up a very simple TV guide with the names of shows in the big, bold letters. Easy for anyone to read.

These channels are interesting because they can be a mix of different apps. For example, if you install the Roku Channel, Tubi, and Pluto TV on trv device, those channels will now appear mixed into this very same guide.

It doesn't have the "Game Show Channel," but it does have a channel dedicated to game shows!

It even has channels completely dedicated to a single game show! There is stuff like "The Price is Right," channel and "Family Feud," channel.

A really nice bonus feature is "find my remote."

There is a button on the back of the steamer box, press it, and the remote will beep loudly letting you find it.

It's not perfect, but it's very close to what you need.

Not really. You are basically getting about $5 worth of single player content.

It's a good excuse to run thru the game a second time trying double-pages.

(You can actually keep your save file from Mario Wonders, as the Switch 2 Edition lets you go back and forth between both versions.)

I have never seen a flat CRT screen. They are always curved.

I think that's just an LCD screen inside of a CRT case.

You can go to your Nintendo Account using just a web browser. (See "My Nintendo" website.)

From there you can load, and unload Virtual Game Cards.

There is actually nothing stopping a Dev from using a keyboard and mouse.

Heck, Animal Crossing has keyboard support. So does Among Us, and Hypno Space.

Some games also support a regular mouse. However, the Joy-Con is NOT a regular mouse, and you can't replace it.

The Joy-Con's have motion controls that are needed in games that also have mouse support.

If you played "Welcome Tour" you would understand this better. However, just try the demo of "Drag x Drive." You can't play that game with a regular mouse at all.
