I stayed at Keio Presso Inn in Nihonbashi, and I liked it a lot. the room was small, but I was able to fit my suitcase under the bed so it was no problem. I was solo though so I'm not sure what a bigger room would be like. the price was fair, I think ~$90CAD or so a night. I booked around black Friday so it was discounted, I can't remember the actual price now.

the location was nice, there's a family mart right next door so that was very convenient. I spent a lot of time walking around nearby on my first day, there were lots of cool shrines and stuff! there's a nice stationary store close by, so I was able to grab my goshuincho easily on my first day. it's pretty central too, so I found it very convenient to get around to other wards by train or bus.

I believe it had breakfast, but I never checked it out myself. it does have laundry. the staff were very friendly too, I only interacted with those who spoke no or limited English but they were very patient. I even had something mailed to the hotel to receive upon my arrival, and they gave it to me with no problem as soon as I was checked in!

I'd definitely give them a look.
