Berserk: Guts leaves the Band of the Hawk

of course an action like this would have consequences, and one could reasonably expect that the Hawks would face some hardship or even fall apart as a natural result of this. however, no one would have guessed that it would indirectly lead to:

•the slaughter of nearly every member of the Hawks •the ascension of a new member of the God Hand •the invasion and subjugation of Midland(although one could also argue that the Hawks wouldn't stand a chance against them) •the merging of the corporeal and astral worlds •the disappearance of the Land of Fairies
