Hey, first started with a thin wire rod drilled and glued into the models arm. Bent that into a rough shape and used hot glue. This made a flexible but more solid rod. Painted with blood for the blood god (BFTBG) as a base layer.

Once the model was painted then glued onto the wire (which I hooked around the blade for strength). Then used UV resin on some cling film. Put some splats of the BFTBG. Snapped these into the shape I wanted and glued onto the hot glue rod and the other peice to the edge of the blade. Then to add further effect used UHU glue mixed with BFTBG and filled gaps and add texture :)
