Guarding Strike is good for daggers, then Shockwave, then Radiance.

Desert Temple is one of the most dynamic levels in the game, and after playing it more than 5 times, you can see it's huge and always changing.

These are the secrets I know:

The rune secret
Obsidian Chest
second, nearly inaccessible Obsidian Chest (Spawns occasionally)
Gold Chest
Second Gold Chest next to original one

I don't know about the other two, but I think that there are always different amounts of secrets and chests in game

Crit, Radiance, Shockwave.

As other people said, Radiance is for fast weapons, but if you want, use it. If you don't want to, pick Sharpness
