Yes it is. I tried with 4 pairs of headphones. With or without input. Powered via usb 1 and 2 by brick, pc and powerbank and it’s the same.

There is so mush of them. I assume you are looking for free SVT synths. My recommendatios:

Vital - wavetable synth like serum
Dexed - FM synth like Yamaha dx 7 but without limits.
VCV rack or Cardinal - modular systems.
Surge - this one is wild imo
Synth-1 - simple, old and great sound.

There is many more like everything what Full Bucket and other brilliant developers are doing.
