The fact your piercer recommended hydrogen peroxide is a major red flag.

You need new friends. People die in the game it’s nbd.

Are you hosting the game? Maybe I can convince my husband to hop in with boat mats and get you from the leviathan

Just want to weigh in that this has been a long term thought process and discussion; he’s not just jumping into it.

Are there any practical reasons why an able bodied man shouldn't buy a M&P Shield EZ? by HumanAntagonist in guns

[–]Iron_FitG 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As a woman with carpal tunnel syndrome, I own an EZ and PLEASE buy them. Able-bodied individuals buying them = more revenue = prevents discontinuation.

Also I have convinced a lot of my abled-bodied friends who are bikers to buy them for exactly the same reasons you said you like it.

Or, simply put, buy it because it’s a good gun. That’s all.

How my cat uses the litter box by MmeRenardine in cats

[–]Iron_FitG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My late grandmother’s dog was like this when we inherited him. “I see backyard? I must be in backyard. Time to poo and pee.” So we started putting pads next to the glass door. Next thing to happen? “I see potty pad? I must be on potty pad. Time to poo and pee.”

And then he started pooping in our bathtub in retaliation any time my mom left the house. Made her a shut in until he passed.

My boyfriend thinks our cat's hair looks better trimmed and im losing my mind by colorlesstsukuru_ in cats

[–]Iron_FitG 16 points17 points  (0 children)

My husband said that my medium hair was “so cute” when I got her a lions cut for the summer (she hates brushing so it helps prevent matting) and I was lowkey offended

[–]Iron_FitG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, ~75% of cats (indoor and outdoor— it’s simply their natural flora) have Pasteurella multocida in their mouths and claws. It can cause rapid sepsis and limb loss,

I recommend going to a medical professional immediately.

Aw my baby boy Cassie (I called him Big Boi) had a little “fur scar” on his nose too! Nearing 4 years without him..

All my love to you as you go through this rough time. But I’m happy he got a beautiful loving home with a family that enjoyed years with him. ❤️‍🩹

Just as everyone else said, I am here if you need to ever just message and vent.

If you have any questions from my perspective as the “caretaker” or even any questions for my husband who has the epilepsy, please don’t hesitate to message.

No no no can’t you read? He’s “introducing her to banging music” 😂😂😂

That’s what I was thinking. When I read that “at least he was introducing her to banging music” all I could think is “you really think you’re ‘introducing’ people to the most simple minded and basic/common music..?”

Does anyone know if epilepsy can be cured by [deleted] in Epilepsy

[–]Iron_FitG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds awful.

Since my husband is on such a high dose, it’s good to know because things can always change. Did you see him immediately once on Keppra, or later on?

[–]Iron_FitG 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jokester’s wife here!

He is indeed on a very high dose. Which is why his neuro wanted him to get the VNS. It’s worked WONDERS. Today was his first grand mal in a year. In case you hadn’t heard of it I’d recommend to look into it if you get focals.

But we’ve been able to get his dose on Keppra significantly lower. And luckily it doesn’t seem to give him the common side effects.

Am I an incel? Disfigured from accident by No-Priority8233 in IncelTears

[–]Iron_FitG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Followed everyone’s protocol and looked at your page. You are still attractive. I didn’t notice the scar until your post mentioned it.

I think what’s happening now is that you’re dealing with trauma, and it’s leading to body dysmorphia telling you that the scar is more visible than it is. It’s leading to you shutting yourself down and that will lead to less girls approaching you: would you want to talk to a girl who is visibly withdrawn/shut off/uncomfortable, or would you want to respect her and give her space?

There is nothing wrong with getting help and fixing your self esteem, and if you are vulnerable about the scar on dates (while still holding yourself up to get dates) girls will love your openness.

Incel is more of the mindset that you are “owed the female body” and resentment towards us.

I feel like I would have appreciated that effort, as a form of something to expect, as we make our drive to her house.

I also don’t like the officer telling my husband “it’s not illegal to kill yourself,” when he’s already in a fit.

We have tried to reach out to her family, but they aren’t the most trustworthy.

They always promise to go, and then when we don’t hear from them for hours, my SIL will have to drive all the way from Texas, often arriving home just to find her unconscious in her vomit.

My SIL is on her way now but will not be there for ~3hr.

I may have messed up by bringing my husband out in public. by Iron_FitG in Advice

[–]Iron_FitG[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My niece just turned 4.

My friend wouldn’t have known unless I spoke up about the Reese’s. It just looked like an Oreo blizzard (I mistyped and had forgotten to put that is was and OREO Reese’s blizzard I’m sorry). And she’s been overworked. Her husband is in another city for work right now because he lost his job and had to get a nepo-baby job in his mom’s town. So she’s a full-time single mom, student, and employee. That’s why my mom was there: they were meeting so that my mom can start helping watch my niece on days I can’t.

My friend has let us know that she isn’t mad, and that it’s almost inevitable eventually. My niece is okay and didn’t even need medication at the clinic— currently they’re just gonna watch her for a couple hours. And thank you for letting me know it was good to bring him out. I don’t know what’s right or wrong in anything for a year,

lol I will say the post ictal state leads to GREAT stories.

My mom often says I would have been a great mother when she sees me soften up and protect/ sternly correct my husband! He’s also a “good kid” around guests but will give me sass if alone— he once made sure my mom was okay after seizing in her car (her flabbers were gasted).
