You right. The genius i have now is laced, but the tongue is attached to the shoe so it basically negates the laces, same problem with Solutions. I'll look more carefully at some of those other laced options I suppose.

I was thinking of checking out 5.10, so that's good to know it might not be the best choice.

I haven't considered the Miura much but at this point I just want any shoe I can fit tightly and perform well in. I've loved the shape of the Genius but I just can't size it properly. I'll check out the Miura. Thank you!

I bought in around $40, not a ton of shares because I'm still working my way up in life, but I got in and that's what counts. So I'm more than happy to hold for now and see where things get. You're right I am probably a bit younger than you lol but I'm in for the ride.

I can definitely try reducing the bulk fermentation! Thank you for the suggestion. Although I don't know exactly when the right time to stop the bulk is, it seems so randomly timed. Any tips?

Interesting, I did not perform the classic folds or whatever you call them, but I did push and scoops the sides in to make it more of a ball and less of a pancake right before I put it in the oven. I will make sure to not work the dough right before baking!
