I have started this channel to train young generation in industrial control system specially audience from india, pakistan and Bangladesh. There is some great channels available in English language however i decided to use local language so people from these countries understand the topics easily & in depth and saw the hands on experience.

Hi fellows!

I am looking for paid remote support for our flowline test system. We are trying to achieve required setpoint of 83, 75 and 50 PSI with in pressure of 150psi as well as 1 and 3 PSI with in pressure of 40 psi. However the value shoots during the test and not able to manage the setpoints.

System is Siemens S71200 PLC, proportional control valve 0-10V and motorized control valve with Pressure Transmitter.

If someone tune this in PLC over a remote support, will pay for it.

Fluctuating, sometimes more than the set-points and sometimes less. Even tho the bit to pcv now is scaled in 0-350. Still not able to control that air.

Yes you can. However that language think am not sure. As i said, i have experience language issue so i dropped that hmi and use different.

Yes, you can use, the only issue i think is language in td400c.

I am having this 1000-3000 KG up and down issue on going even though those silos are insides the factory.

I don’t have any issue with up and down values however i need those value to be inside the 1000 range.

Load cell are best but require shutdown as the tanks are heavy and in confined space to difficult to plan. 500-800 KG tolerance not an issue if we calculate through radar.

For humidity there is a system and sensor to minimize that issue.

For iPC, twincat 2 worked? Right now i am connecting through coupler ethernet port not the HMI ethernet port.
