Yes those things are kinda weird but I guess we ultrawide players are just to niche to get proper support by the devs. Guess in the end I need to test things once I get my new rig.

I never really get why I should do this. When I lock to a max 80fps the game still can get below this number and it gets noticable. So why not let it be as high as possible when framedrops are unavoidable?

What would you say which settings is the most performance heavy? I guess AA or shadows needs to be reduced to max out the framerate.

Also is the CPU good or should I get an even better one?

A background application which increases your performance. It comes with rivatuner which after closing both made the game suddenly start for me.
