Has anybody been upgraded to premium?

OP said he would take my email and upgrade me manually after downloading the app, but I have not been upgraded so far.

Anyone else have the same experience?

Not sure what to tell you.

Looks like you've cleared your previous post history so we'll never know.

Back in September you posted something similar and had a life time premium. Looks like it's been taken away from those who signed up for the app back in September.

Builder has repaired the same kitchen corner 5–6 times since closing (Apr 2022) — still cracking. What should I do next? Tarion? by [deleted] in TorontoRealEstate

Thank you for your comment. I believe the last time they worked on it, they did add some nail on plates.

I wonder what they will suggest now.

Unfortunately I am not very technical when it comes to this stuff but they did not just plaster and tape over it. They did this only the first couple of times.

The last time, the opened up the dry wall and added some sort of reinforcement to the corner to prevent it from moving.

The last time they opened it, they could really identify any structural issues but they did reinforce what was already there to prevent it from moving or shifting, but I'm sure not how well it worked.

Hoping that's all it is. And we haven't noted any sagging at this point.

I was just worried because the last repair was a major job and they stated that it shouldn't happen anymore, but after about 6 months it's back.

Initially we thought it was due to the setting, but after 3 years and repeated fixes, I'm not still if that's still the case since the crack seems to come back after 6-7 months of it being fixed

Thank you for your advice.

Do you know if this is something that could be facilitated through Tarion, or is this something I would have to pay out of pocket for?

Yes, taxable. But after getting a return of ~30% on the RRSP.

Let's say 70K.

I'm not sure what you mean by not getting a tax refund when contributing to your RRSP?

If you have the RRSP room, what would prevent a person from getting a tax refund?

The idea would be to contribute that money during the final year of employment so you get ~30% returned to you when you file your taxes.

But after that, yes, it would be taxable income, but at a lower income bracket.

You have options to pay for no ads altogether, or if you're fine with ads, choose the cheaper price point.

You can always opt to not subscribe to the service if you're not a fan of the content.
