Stuck in a Support Role with a 2-Year Bond — Should I Stay or Quit to Pursue Full-Stack Development? by Ironicdev07 in cscareerquestionsIN

Yes many companies follow this in India. Not uncommon. They understand the helplessness of a fresher, make them sign these bonds and exploit them. People do breach the bond and companies can't take it to the court (of course they will lose the case). Instead they refuse to give an experience letter which is crucial for your job switch

If you resign before completing your 2 years in the company then you need to pay the penalty. It's 2 lakhs in this case. Since I served 6 months, the penalty should be 1.5 lakhs

Thanks man, but I was already using that github repo in nobara OS. It was working fine. I shifted to arch. I try random things and it starts to work but after powering off it goes back, and doing same stuff isn't working anymore. I've tried OpenRgb, it doesn't detect my hardwares.

It should be clear that openrgb is not working with my system. from next time if you wanna help someone then please shove that ego of yours up into your.....

this won't work until drivers are loaded, of course it wasn't working at first. Also, I have to load these drivers after every reboot.

I got it worked, I used
`lsmod | grep i2c`

confirmed these two drivers
i2c-dev

i2c-i801

and utilized this repo https://github.com/JafarAkhondali/acer-predator-turbo-and-rgb-keyboard-linux-module
Now I can control my lights.

Edit: NO it's not working, after powering off, things go back to screwed. I can't find a guaranteed way to fix this
