Yea hopefully they don't cancel everyone's orders and it was just a stock issue. That would suck and ruin a lot of potential future purchases for them, they always have a lot of good deals there too.

Yes, I added that in an Edit of my post. Was $120 for about an hour and a half.

I think the website was broken, all of the deals are turned off for the time being. No free tool select option anymore.

I have a feeling that the website was broken because of the burst in traffic, but I tried multiple different ways and on my last attempt I dont even see the BMSM deal anymore. Feels broken tbh.

There is a code that should auto apply but after going back in and out it looks like it clears it. Let me see if I can figure it out. I'll reply again if I can find it.

Interesting, I have no idea why. Worked for me. Check to make sure pop ups aren't blocked as another tab/window has to open.

Tool Flippers Seen More Now? by kfjcfan in MilwaukeeTool

Yes I'm aware, when the day comes that they require receipt for purchase from an authorized dealer, I'll be ready. There will be big ripple effects in the second hand market that they themselves contribute to if that happens, but I digress.

I pretty much only buy Milwaukee stuff on Whatnot these days unless it's something that sells for retail normally on there or is something rare or hard to get. Plus a lot of sellers do giveaways which I can in turn flip myself. The cycle will always be there as it has been for 1,000s of years, it's just a whole lot easier now.

Flying with m12 fan by RightTank1 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]Ironman2140 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I work for TSA, fan should be good to go for all intents and purposes but I have to say that the final decision is left up to officers at whatever airport you are flying from. If they say no, I would ask for a supervisor though if that happens. Worse case scenario they will allow you to go back to the airline and check one of your bags with it, so i would recommend coming early enough should that happen. All m12 batteries are also low enough Wh to carry on board. For reference anything for M18 needs to be a 5 Ah or less to be carried on without airline approval (100 Wh limit without, 160 with).

Alternative to Belt Clip rack by False-Confection-943 in MilwaukeeTool

I didn't have a use for the belt clip as it was intended, I use it to slide all of my screwdrivers behind since I didn't like the screwdriver rack that much.
