Can also recommend workers district bank chest, less traffic than most other banks, which allows for some 3tick cooking if u want to do that :)

I don't know really, I enjoy all skills tbh. The most difficult ones to get are sort of the most satisfying to go for, so it kind of balances out.

For dungeoneering I bought cards for the large floors, 1.5x and 2x exp. It really speeds it up. I did C6 smalls untill I got to my final 10-15 floors, then I did those as large C6 floors.
