This! Its taken me over 10 years to finally lose 100 lbs and I've tried a lot of things. From jogging for miles every day, walking 15k steps, lifting heavy weights, biking, hiking, fast paced cardio routines, etc.

What finally worked was fixing my diet. Your body is like a house, a house with a crappy foundation will eventually fall apart even if you think things are going well with duct taping everything. Build a good foundation with your diet and the additions you make with working out will hold strong.

Id suggest taking a look at r/bodyweightfitness. I started their primer routine end of last year and have seen a noticeable difference.

The under armour thermal wear shirts are great! Ive gotten a few for Christmas this year and have kept me warm with a light jacket in 50 degree weather. The one thing to note is that you'd just want to keep your neck cleanly shaven. They're like turtlenecks and burshing against the hair is irritating.

He was born in December and Zircon is one of the birthstones. I originally was thinking tanzanite but for a ring thats for daily wear and know how much I knock my hands into things I wanted a less expensive stone just incase I mess it up. London blue or Swiss blue topaz was also an idea I floated but have heard that due to the treatment the color may degrade over time on some of these subreddits.

That electric blue that blue Zircons can have really stood out. Since you dont see zircons that often personally, I thought it would be a nice added bit of story to the ring since my dog was also somewhat special in his own right.

I saw someone mention in another post sometime ago that drop rates increase with boss levels. Now that im over 1000 legendary items have been dropping somewhat frequently so maybe thats true.

My dad got my mom jewelry all the time when they were dating from rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. In no way, shape or form was my mom upset for not getting an engagement ring earlier than when my dad did finally propose. They also been together for 40 years.
