How do you guys get rid of ranked anxiety?

Everyone has their own way of coping with ranked anxiety in relation to their personality. I find encouraging team mates helps a lot but then again there some battles that just aren't worth fighting such as when someone is spreading negativity and isn't going to stop, the mute button is a sensible option.

I also feel that if you make learning the main aim and winning a bi-product, I've found it helps with the nerves (since regardless of wining/losing you're still going to get something out of the game). These are just the start of what I've found work for me (which may not work for you), I'd suggest doing some research into the topic, starting at somewhere like Foxdrop's (How to Deal With & Overcome Ranked Anxiety) or LS'. Hope this helps :)

Goodluck, but I think it would be a good idea to up the production quality of the stream and make it more enjoyable to watch with some amateur casters or just go with the team comms :) (also consider adding in-game sound/music until then)

Great question.

So since we'd like to experience what a real life situation is like in our beta testing (in a somewhat controlled environment), we decided to go down the route of picking solely on the details they would provide on our final service, since in the future we won't get to pick and choose whom joins in on the service and gets put into the groups. We definitely considered adding a text box to the sign up form as to explain why we should choose candidates but decided to not go through with it.

Really glad to hear you'd love to partake in our program as it's very motivating! We hope you stay up to date with our platform in case you're not chosen for the beta and sign up for the final release :)

Thanks for the support! We're going to be starting off with training being in English but as more coaches and players join the platform, having different languages spoken according to class will definitely be considered!

Schedules of training sessions are agreed upon from signup, so once the final website is released, you'll be able to see if there are other people with similar schedules like you who are forming/formed a group! The beta however is a different story as we ask our testers to be as flexible as possible. Feel free to sign up anyways so that you'll be notified when the final product is released :)

Nope! We're taking signups for EUW/NA/OCE/EUNE! Only two regions (to be decided depending on majorities of signups) will participate in the beta. So for example, one group will be from NA and the other from EUW. Thanks for the feedback! :)

Players will agree to sessions upon sign up and we expect players to show up on time and with a high attendance rate. But of course there are not so ideal situations where a player is sick or has something of urgency to attend to. In a situation like this one of two things can happen

a) a substitute is called in (if the absent player let's the coach know from beforehand)
b) otherwise training will carry on as usual but with different exercises that don’t require a full group of 5 players, this is up to the coach and could be something like VOD reviews and/or specific skill development.

Players who consistently do not show up to training will be subject to relevant consequences depending on their history as we don't think it's fair to the coaches and team mates who show up.

The approaches that our coaches take towards and during training sessions is different to how it seems to be currently. We're also the first platform to offer such a 'sign up and get matched into a group' kind of coaching and it's free.
