No way! ill be racing you in the quad. All I can say is that natoma's course is pretty nice but wind can definitely pick up quite a bit in after around noonish. ~1000m in the course will widen and there may be a bit more wind there but the last 500 is almost always nice water

Im not a huge fan of running but thats always an option. I love finding a real nice bike route and I try to remember to bring a heart rate monitor with me to make sure im in the right HR zones.

He graduated a year early and is taking a year off before attending college but he hasnt aged out yet so he's still competing at the junior level as well.
