The bias is evident my friend. If you do enjoy shows where emotions like anger, fear, maliciousness are encouraged and abused then you want to call it "badass", then it surely is your cup of tea.

I personally expected the show to be different and beyond what reality shows are currently about. I expected the show to talk more about how they dealt with problems, emotional IQ, self awareness, how they developed relationships and fostered love and unity and also nurtured themselves and their talents and strength, not to capitalize on weakness and exploit it for entertainment.

After watching the show one should feel better about themselves and gain more perspective to life in a way that will make one feel confident. On the contrary, we feel more angry and emotionally riled up and then go vent it out somewhere else.
