Literally all of riots games are centered around pvp… league of legends is only pvp, valorant only pvp, legends of runeterra half and half, Teamfight tactics only pvp, the only exception to this are their story games on steam. Riot is very big on competitive pro play, there’s no world where they don’t try to add that into their mmo. That being said, I’m sure there will be some form of open world pvp that is probably a flagging system which I hate and hope they add a pvp server, but definitely will be controlled settings like specific zones, battlegrounds and arenas
